Rethink Burrito

Scratch Burrito seeks to reinvent an American staple, offering a gourmet-to-go take on an unchanged fast food fixture; the burrito. Scratch Burrito is an ingredient driven fast casual dining establishment working to redefine fast food as slow food.

Our goal is to use whole, seasonal ingredients to create healthy, global cuisine from scratch, all delivered in a portable, familiar way. Scratch Burrito will execute a fresh take on an American Classic, incorporating Asian, Middle Eastern and New American cuisine to the burrito, which until now has seen only Hispanic applications. We are looking to create a new niche in the American food market, allowing active, health conscience consumers a whole food alternative to fast food.
